beloved brothers and sisters in Christ welcome you all in the new year 2023 with praise and glory to our God.
Glad to know that we have finished one year by counting the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and have entered into a new year. Give thanks to God for bringing you into the new year. How many people in this world have not had a chance to see this new year.
This new year people of the world will want to fulfill their worldly goals. But we are not of this world, so the Bible says we are the people of heaven, God is our king, so our main and first desire will be to think about how much more God’s kingdom can be increased this new year.
Because our goal is not to look at the earthly things of this world but the things of heaven. So we pray to God for this new year that God will help us and give us strength so that we can do more for his kingdom this year than last year.
And the Bible says that if we think about his kingdom, he will give us everything and fulfill the desires of our hearts, which will be good for us(Proverbs 16: 3, 3: 6).. Because God’s plan for us is always good.
Let us commit ourselves to do something for God’s sake in this new year
