But, dear brother and sister, salvation isn’t found in rituals, doctrines, or mere religious affiliations.
You see, at the heart of our spiritual journey is not a system or a set of rules but a relationship with God. Many well-intentioned people have tried to bridge the gap between humanity and God through religious practices. But these, no matter how sincere, cannot bring the salvation and peace we so desperately seek.
In the Bible, we find numerous examples of individuals who, despite adhering to strict religious codes, still felt the weight of separation from God. They realized that what they were missing was a genuine relationship with Him.
Instead of relying solely on rituals and regulations, these individuals sought God with their whole hearts, understanding that it is faith and surrender to God’s will that bring true salvation.
So, dear friend, while religious practices can guide and nurture our spiritual journey, they cannot replace the genuine relationship with God that brings salvation. Only through faith, through recognizing our need for God, and through accepting His grace can we truly be saved.
