Widows and Fatherless are to be taken utmost care of as The Lord is a just and righteous God, in his eyes everyone is equal and everybody deserves his love and Grace. The Lord requires honesty and holy life from us.
To be the child of God we must put him first in our life. The Lord loves those who keep his teachings in their hearts. We must not neglect it because God is watching us all the time. We cannot escape from his eyes.
We will stand before him at the time of Judgment and we have to suffer on that day for our stupidity on this earth.
Whenever we will look at any widow or fatherless child, we must step forward to help them so that we can receive blessing from the Lord by doing such a righteous job.
Dear friends now let’s see the Bible scriptures below that talk about Taking Care Of Widows.
Psalm 68:5(KJV)“A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation”
Explanation:- The Lord looks at everyone and his eyes are everywhere. God wants us to love those who don’t have fathers and we must take care of them. If we do not care for them then one day we have to stand before the judgment of the Lord.
To avoid God’s anger we must help the needy and we have to take care of them so that we can get a chance to please the Lord by helping such poor and needy people.
Exodus 22:22-24(KJV)“Ye shall not afflict any widow or fatherless child. If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry; And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless”
Explanation:- In the old testament the Lord has commanded the children of Israelites not to persecute any widow or fatherless child because God is the one who cares for them. If they mistakenly or knowingly disobey the word of God then they have to experience the wrath of God in their life. God loves everyone so he does not allow the persecution of the poor or helpless.

In this book, we can find that our work should be genuine and honest.
It also says that we should not only speak about good things in our mouth but instead of speaking such things we have to apply them in our works so that we can glorify God by our righteous works. People will get to know the Lord by our works, not by our words. Jesus says that we are on this earth to let the people know the truth by our every single deed and conduct.
